Online Interpretation Service

Online interpretation service currently provided at the Administrative Service Center, will also be available at the Welfare Office for consultations on disabilities, welfare, and childcare via video call.

This service is to provide interpretation in English, Korean, Chinese and Vietnamese via video call by the staff of Multicultural Information Plaza using a tablet device for procedures at each Administrative Service Center.

Tablet device is located at each Administrative Service Center.

This service is free of charge.

1. Staff at the Administrative Service Center or welfare office will provide information about the online interpretation service with flyers translated into foreign languages.

2. Please read the flyer and tell the staff whether you would like to use this service or not.

3. When the device is ready, please click the button on the screen by yourself to start.

This service may not be available in some cases, for example, when a staff is attending someone else at the Plaza.
