Multicultral Information Plaza offers information about administrative procedures and consultation on daily life issues in 11 languages at the 16th floor at the city hall.
Conference call system is also available for administrative procedures. (This service is not available for private issues.)
*Languages other than Japanese, English, Korean, Chinese and Vietnamese are available through translation device.
*Consultation is free of charge and strictly confidential.

- Japanese 9:00-17:30 Monday through Friday
- English 9:00-17:30 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday
*Except holiday and year-end and New Year's period
